Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we offer a full refund under the following conditions:

A full refund will be issued if requested within 48 hours of purchase and less than 25% of the course content has been viewed.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • More than 25% of the course content has been viewed

  • More than 48 hours have passed since the date of purchase

  • A refund was previously issued for the same product

TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use ("Terms") represent an agreement between you and DR Z PHD PLLC ("we," "us," or "our") and govern your use of our website at www.drzphd.com ("Site") and any digital course products made available through the Site ("Products"). By purchasing or accessing any Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to disable any account at any time, in our sole discretion, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

3. PAYMENT

All Products are offered at a one-time fixed price as listed on the Site at the time of purchase. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. All fees are payable in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; however, price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

4. REFUND POLICY

Refunds will not be issued if more than 48 hours have passed since purchase or more than 25% of the course content has been viewed. Only one refund per customer is permitted.

5. YOUR CONDUCT

You agree that you will not:

  • Use the Products in any manner that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international law

  • Share, distribute, resell, republish, or transfer access to any Product to any third party

  • Record, screenshot, download, or reproduce any course content in any format

  • Use the Products to impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security or access controls on the Site

  • Use automated means to scrape or extract any content from the Site

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All course content, including videos, written materials, workbooks, graphics, and any other materials available through our Products, is owned exclusively by DR Z PHD PLLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any course content in any form without our express prior written consent. Purchasing a Product grants you a personal, non-transferable license to view the content for your own personal use only.

7. YOUR CONTENT

If you submit any content through the Site, including comments or communications, you grant DR Z PHD PLLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with our services. By purchasing any Product, you agree that all course content, including videos, workbooks, webinars, and any other materials, is owned solely by Dr. Natalia Zhikhareva and DR Z PHD PLLC. You agree not to distribute, copy, share, or create any content that is recognizably similar to any course content without express written consent from DR Z PHD PLLC.

12. PRIVACY

Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at drzphd.com/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
