There is quite a misconception about why trans women (some—it's not a correlation across the board, not for everybody) struggle with anger issues, and once they start gender transition, guess what? Anger issues miraculously go away. Why is that? There's a very big misconception.
Testosterone does not cause anger issues—there's no causality that testosterone leads to people being angry. Yes, testosterone is a reactive hormone, so in other words, it's a hormone that's much more susceptible to reactiveness. But there's a difference between reactiveness and anger.
