Motivational Tip | Stop Beating Yourself Up!

Whether you are just exploring your gender, have started transition, or mid transition, there is a tendency to be hard on yourself.

Thoughts such as “am I doing enough”, “should have started sooner, “ or “ it’s too late,” tend to occupy your headspace leading to a cycle of negativity and defeat.

Beating yourself up over such thinking process doesn’t get you closer to your goal.

Instead, it creates a cycle of behavior you become prone to.
