Do you find yourself starting some elements of transition only to stop.

Yo Yo’ing back and forth between hormones, hair removal, or even voice therapy.

Similar to the way people yo yo dieting. Getting on a diet, seeing small gains, and stopping. Only to be back again.

Now when it comes to transition, yo yo’ing is incredibly common.

And it has its own element of potential problems.

Main one is keeping you away from maintaining momentum.
