Dr. Z interviews Annaliese Cherry, a very special guest who is founder and owner of Analyst Style.
Analyst is a personal clothing stylist and has been for 20 years. She started her business when she was pregnant with her youngest daughter and wanted something that let her choose her own schedule. She started working with the LGBTQ community from the get-go (was living in San Francisco at the time). Her business grew in different directions—she began working with trans masculine and non-binary clients.
Since she moved down to LA, she's been fortunate (having been introduced to Gina and the Trans Lounge) to be more involved with working with women that identify as trans.
On her website she describes herself as a "feminine image consultant"—it's very specific. She explains it's not just about clothing, it's not just about color combinations, and it's not just about hair and makeup. It's an overall feminine image (whatever that is to that individual person). It's an overall kind of energetic presence that they tend to carry.
